Each of our coaches is an intentional disciple of Jesus Christ and is a dedicate Catholic who upholds all of the teachings of the Church. Your coach will pray with you and for you. And our goal is to keep you grounded in our why - to conquer yourself in order to fully give of yourself like Jesus did on the Cross.
How is the Coaching Delivered?
We have developed a method to deliver coaching that is extremely personalized, while staying affordable. The workouts are delivered through our app, so you don't have to pay for a coach being present at every workout. You are going to be partnered with a Coach of your choice to connect on the phone or Zoom for check in's throughout the month for:

What Does Nutrition Coaching Look Like?
At Hypuro Fit, we don't treat nutrition like a religion. What that means is that your coach will NOT make you go vegan, paleo, carnivore, or any other named diets. Rather, we take what works best for you in your specific and unique situation and optimize it based on the latest studies and research we have at our disposal.
Who are the Typical Clients?
We have clients from all walks of life! From early 20's to clients in their 80's. About 30% of our clients are priests, 30% are Catholics in ministry, and the rest are lay Catholics from all over the world and all professional backgrounds. As long as you have a smartphone (Apple or Android) our workouts can be delivered to you.
How Long Does it Take to Lose Fat and Gain Muscle?
Our goal is for the results our clients achieve to be lifelong. We do not want our clients to lose 20 pounds in 4 weeks and then gain it back. We must end the yo-yo dieting! With that being said, our goal is for our clients to lose 1-2 pounds per week, while building muscle mass. So if you need to lose 25 pounds, that should take between 12-25 weeks in order to make it sustainable and not have the weight loss be a result of muscle loss.
How much does 1 on 1 Coaching Cost?
The industry average for online coaching is between $3,000-$5,000 for a 6 month contract. No thanks! In person training isn't much better with most trainers charging between $80-$120 per workout session.

What is Included in 1:1 Coaching?
I am SO glad I am doing coaching with Greg!! I honestly cannot imagine a coach more perfect for me given my personality & needs. Under his extremely supportive & knowledgeable guidance, I have learned so very much about goal-making (and keeping track of such) and how many ways God fits into all of it.
