Are you a mom who is ready to restore her strength after birth? Maybe you're a woman who is ready to establish a truly stable core for her lifts? Either way, you're in the right space. 

Built by 3 Coaches who have gone through their own postpartum journeys, this program is designed to begin right from birth, onward. The goal is not to replace pelvic therapy or anything of the sort. Instead, we built this to help you restore your strength and become stronger + more confident in your motherhood, faster. 

This program can still be completed if you choose to work alongside a pelvic floor therapy provider throughout your postpartum recovery.

EXERCISE DESCRIPTION

Resistance / Strength Training focused. Periodized phases to re-establish core and pelvic floor connection, and ultimately increase physical strength.

There is C-Section specific recovery guidance included in the Postpartum Educational Library, provided with the exercise program.

GUIDE

Your PDF Program Guide will walk you through practical tips for both physical and spiritual growth. It will also feature a  letter from Coaches Viva, Teresa, and Courtney.
