HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?
The average personal trainer, while maybe knowing a thing or two about fitness, is restricted to bring faith into the picture due to secular business restrictions. Our coaches are technically excellent with the most up to date exercise and nutrition science and are devout Catholics who all desire to help you attain self mastery for the sake of self gift.
WHAT TYPES OF EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?
Our trainers will work with whatever equipment you have access to! Whether you have access to a full gym or have no equipment at all, our coaches will help you get the results you want.
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE PRICE FOR ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING?
We desire to make personal training accessible to everyone. On average, in person training costs $80/hour! No thanks! Our coaches don't charge by the hour because they won't have to be present while you workout because we use the True Coach App to assign workouts, track progress, and hold our clients accountable. Once a month you will touch base with your coach via phone in order to see how things are going and adjust your nutrition or exercise plan accordingly.
Because we don't charge hourly, we can charge monthly. Price is always contingent on each clients personal needs and income level, but on average most of our coaches charge between $75-$200 a month.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF SMALL GROUP TRAINING?
Small group training adds an extra level of accountability to the equation. While all of our online one on one clients will be held accountable by their coaches, we have found that when friends or family sign up together they can help keep each other motivated!
Another benefit is that we charge a flat rate of $150/month for small groups. So the more people in your group, the cheaper it is!
WHAT DO YOUR LITURGICAL CHALLENGES CONSIST OF?
Each Liturgical Challenge consists of weekly exercises delivered through our True Coach App, a nutrition challenge and guide, a prayer guide, and an opportunity to journey with other Catholics for community to help you enter into the liturgical season with the Church.
