ONLINE TRAINING FAQ'S

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?

The average personal trainer, while maybe knowing a thing or two about fitness, is restricted to bring faith into the picture due to secular business restrictions. Our coaches are technically excellent with the most up to date exercise and nutrition science and are devout Catholics who all desire to help you attain self mastery for the sake of self gift.

WHAT TYPES OF EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?

Our trainers will work with whatever equipment you have access to! Whether you have access to a full gym or have no equipment at all, our coaches will help you get the results you want.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE PRICE FOR ONLINE TRAINING?

We desire to make personal training accessible to everyone. On average, in person training costs $80/hour! No thanks! Our coaches don't charge by the hour because they won't have to be present while you workout because we use the Hypuro Fit App to assign workouts, track progress, and hold our clients accountable. Once a month you will touch base with your coach via phone in order to see how things are going and adjust your nutrition or exercise plan accordingly. Each coach has their own programming process.

Because we don't charge hourly, we can charge monthly. Price is always contingent on each clients personal needs and income level, but on average most of our coaches charge between $150-$250 a month.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOUR COACHES HAVE?

All of our coaches are Certified Personal Trainers and Nutrition Coaches who are overseen by Coach Chase. See Coach Chase's bio for more info!

WHAT DO YOUR LITURGICAL CHALLENGES CONSIST OF?

We host two Liturgical Challenges a year. Our Catholic New Year Challenge (Starts at Advent) and our Lenten Challenge. These challenges are a place for community, nutrition and workout goals, and to get some awesome Hypuro Fit goodies! Each challenge is a bit different but each is geared to help people get a kick start (or reboot) on their faith and fitness journey.
