Hey there! Here's my story: I grew up on a farm in Minnesota, where chasing chickens and
training horses was my daily workout. I never worried about my diet because, let's face it, farm
life is tough work! But then college happened. My active lifestyle took a nosedive, and bad
eating habits didn't do me any favors. Fast forward to graduation, and boom – I found myself at

That was my wake-up call. I decided I needed to join a gym. I experimented with every diet and
workout plan available. It was a rollercoaster of trials and errors, but I finally figured out the
regimen that worked for me. I lost 40 lbs and felt stronger than ever. Friends and family started
asking for tips, and I thought, "Why not make this official?", so I became a Certified Personal
Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Now, my philosophy in fitness training is straightforward: make fitness simple yet profoundly
effective. My approach is to develop people with grit - individuals who embrace challenges and
grow stronger through them. Whether you're a beginner or looking to take your fitness to the
next level, I'm here to guide you with clear, no-nonsense advice and methods that have been
proven effective.
